Photographer & Creative Creator
About Me:
I was born and raised in Arlington, Washington, and shortly lived and learned in Pullman, Washington. I then took an online photography course that encouraged me to expand my creative knowledge. This gave me all the inspiration I needed to start my business! Currently, I am working to earn my Bachelor's Degree in marketing at Western Governors University, using my knowledge to build my business and grow my creative passion!
The PNW is the perfect place for me to be. The five things I love the most are my people, my camera, my coffee, and the outdoors. I am the type of person who canāt choose a favorite when it comes to mountains and beaches. I have a deep desire to see new places and meet new people, but I am also the most extroverted introvert you will ever meet! I love to connect with people, and I love to be alone just as much! In the summer, I love to spend my time camping, exploring the mountains, and wandering the beaches. When I have time to spare, I tend to gravitate towards the Cascade Mountains. In the winter months, I like to spend my time snowboarding with friends or enjoying a snowy mountain cruise to the depths of Darrington.
How it Started:
It all started when I got my first iPod touch in middle school. The CamWow app, Retrica app, and VSCO were in the beginner stages. I was in high school when I received my first Nikon DSLR camera as a Christmas present. Ever since then, I used it for personal passion projects. As I was growing up, my little brother was always my practice model. With all the mountain drives, the views to see, spontaneous beach trips, and family vacations. It was easy to fall in love with freezing a good moment in time. My first ever paid gig was when I was sixteen years old. I was the photographer for my dadās football team. Years went on with my own projects. It wasnāt until later that I realized how passionate I truly was about photography. Pullman is where it all began. I realized I wanted to take photography more seriously. So, I decided to put myself out there. I took pictures for a fraternity at WSU, which later expanded into capturing moments at Pullmanās most famous town bar, The Coug. Then, it later turned into taking senior photos at WSU and my hometown. All I knew was that I wanted to live life to its fullest and cherish every moment of it. And photography was my way of doing that. My escape!
